Kinover es una herramienta que usa un kinesiólogo con sus pacientes. El profesional decide qué ejercicios prescribe y cómo trata clínicamente a su paciente; Kinover guarda esa pauta y los check-ins del paciente, y genera avisos (por ejemplo, una alerta cuando el paciente marca un síntoma de alarma). Si Kinover actúa como responsable o como encargado del tratamiento de los datos clínicos es una cuestión en revisión (ver punto 10).Kinover is a tool a physiotherapist uses with their patients. The professional decides which exercises they prescribe and how they treat their patient; Kinover stores that plan and the patient's check-ins, and produces notices (for example an alert when a patient ticks a warning symptom). Whether Kinover acts as controller or processor for clinical data is under review (see section 10).

3. Datos de salud y la relación fisio–paciente3. Health data and the physio–patient relationship

El paciente solo entra a Kinover por invitación de su kinesiólogo, y solo ese profesional ve sus check-ins. El aislamiento entre consultas se aplica en el servidor: cada consulta está acotada a su dueño y hay pruebas automáticas que fallan si un fisio pudiera leer al paciente de otro. Kinover no vende ni cede datos de salud a terceros, ni los usa para fines distintos de los descritos aquí.A patient only joins Kinover through their physiotherapist's invite, and only that professional sees their check-ins. Tenant isolation is enforced on the server: every query is scoped to its owner and automated tests fail if one physio could read another's patient. Kinover does not sell or hand health data to third parties, nor use it for purposes other than those described here.

En la app móvil, la pauta y las sesiones se guardan en el teléfono para que funcionen sin conexión, y los check-ins pendientes se quedan en cola hasta que vuelve la señal. Ese caché queda en el almacenamiento de la app en tu dispositivo.In the mobile app, the plan and sessions are stored on the phone so they work offline, and pending check-ins queue until the signal returns. That cache lives in the app's storage on your device.

4. Con quién compartimos datos4. Who we share data with

Solo con proveedores que necesitamos para que Kinover funcione, y solo lo necesario para cada uno:Only with providers we need for Kinover to work, and only what each one needs:

• Vultr (alojamiento del servidor y la base de datos). Región actual: [REGIÓN].Vultr (server and database hosting). Current region: [REGIÓN].
• Flow (pagos de la suscripción del fisio; proveedor chileno). Kinover no ve ni guarda los datos de tu tarjeta.Flow (the physio's subscription payments; Chilean provider). Kinover never sees or stores your card details.
• Proveedor de email (recordatorios y aviso de alerta al fisio por correo). Puedes desactivar estos correos en tu cuenta.Email provider (reminders and the alert email to the physio). You can opt out of these emails in your account.
• Expo (servicio de notificaciones push para la app móvil): recibe el token del dispositivo y el texto de la alerta.Expo (push-notification service for the mobile app): receives the device token and the alert text.
• Sentry (informe de errores): recibe el error, el modelo de dispositivo y la versión; nunca el contenido de un check-in.Sentry (error reporting): receives the error, device model and version; never the contents of a check-in.

5. Cuánto tiempo guardamos los datos5. How long we keep data

Mientras tu cuenta exista. Al eliminar tu cuenta se borran tus datos y los registros vinculados (ver punto 6). Las copias de seguridad del servidor se conservan un tiempo limitado antes de rotar.For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your data and the linked records (see section 6). Server backups are kept for a limited time before rotating.

6. Tus derechos6. Your rights

• Acceso y rectificación: tus datos de cuenta se ven y editan en la app; para el resto escríbenos.Access and rectification: your account data can be seen and edited in the app; for anything else write to us.
• Supresión: puedes eliminar tu cuenta desde la app web y desde la app móvil (Perfil → Eliminar mi cuenta), confirmando con tu contraseña. Un fisio debe finalizar o borrar antes los programas activos de sus pacientes, para que ningún paciente pierda su pauta sin saberlo.Erasure: you can delete your account from the web app and the mobile app (Profile → Delete my account), confirming with your password. A physio must first finish or delete their patients' active programs so no patient loses a plan unknowingly.
• Oposición y portabilidad: escríbenos a privacidad@kinover.app; te respondemos en un plazo razonable y, cuando la ley lo exija, en el que ella fije.Objection and portability: write to privacidad@kinover.app; we reply within a reasonable time and, where the law sets one, within that deadline.

7. Seguridad7. Security

Contraseñas cifradas con bcrypt; sesiones con JWT y roles; todo el tráfico por HTTPS; base de datos no expuesta a internet; en el teléfono, el token de sesión se guarda en el almacenamiento seguro del sistema. Si detectamos una brecha que afecte a tus datos, te lo comunicaremos y, cuando corresponda, a la autoridad.Passwords hashed with bcrypt; sessions with JWT and roles; all traffic over HTTPS; the database is not exposed to the internet; on the phone, the session token lives in the system's secure storage. If we detect a breach affecting your data we will tell you and, where required, the authority.

8. Menores8. Children

Un paciente menor de edad solo puede usar Kinover si su kinesiólogo lo invita con el consentimiento de su madre, padre o tutor, quien puede pedirnos la eliminación de la cuenta en cualquier momento.A minor may only use Kinover if their physiotherapist invites them with a parent's or guardian's consent, who may ask us to delete the account at any time.

9. Cambios9. Changes

Publicaremos aquí cualquier cambio con su fecha. Si el cambio afecta a cómo usamos tus datos de salud, te avisaremos dentro de la app antes de que aplique.Any change is published here with its date. If it affects how we use your health data, we will tell you inside the app before it applies.

10. Lo que aún está abierto10. What is still open

Para que no te enteres después: quién es el responsable del tratamiento de los datos clínicos (Kinover, el fisio, o ambos), la evaluación de impacto exigida por la Ley 21.719, el nombramiento de un delegado de protección de datos y el contrato de encargado que firmará cada fisio están en curso y se cerrarán antes del 1 de diciembre de 2026. Kinover no está registrado ni certificado ante ninguna autoridad sanitaria o de datos hoy, y no afirma lo contrario.So you don't find out later: who the controller of clinical data is (Kinover, the physio, or both), the impact assessment law 21.719 requires, the appointment of a data-protection officer and the processor agreement each physio will sign are in progress and will be settled before 1 December 2026. Kinover is not registered with or certified by any health or data authority today, and does not claim otherwise.
